Created for the certified Gyrotonic instructor this course will give you a lot of material to help you open up your own hands and feet and offer tools in helping your clients gain awareness of these parts of the body. The hands and feet are the furthest parts from the brain and the first parts of the body to start to lose coordination and nerve strength. By working on these areas you are opening up all the channels from the center of the body allowing more surrounding space for changes to happen through out.
This course is a blend of simple yet effective movements that will compliment your knowledge of foundation material as well as expand on it. There is enough basic parts that are attainable for any person and more for those who already have a good sense of control of these parts of the body. Highly beneficial for anyone who sits at the computer a lot or uses their hands for any kind of intricate work. Great for arthritis and any foot imbalances. We focus on loosening and strengthening in hopes that the new space will allow for natural body alignment, health and vitality in the whole organism.
