Prerequisite: To have successfully completed the Gyrokinesis Pretraining course

Supervised Apprentice Workshop 1 of 2

Prerequisite: Successful completion of the Gyrotonic Foundation Course and a minimum of 20 teaching hours

Prerequisite: To have tried Gyrotonic through private sessions at least 6 sessions
